Our walk-in gallery remains closed to walk-in traffic.

The New Rule Productions, Inc. family of companies and brands,
NewRuleFX, Actor Cigarette, SMASHProps and have all been severely impacted by the events created by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We are open and operating with a limited staff during this time. 

City and state health officials are guiding our business operations and we are doing what we can to operate a safe working environment. We are able to process and fulfill online orders from our large inventory of props that are ready to go. We are adjusting our site to reflect a more accurate picture of which items are ready to ship.

We now feature our --> Ready To Go Collection  <-- which highlights the items that are ready to ship from our existing inventory.  We’re shipping approximately once a week. Please be patient as we’re still operating with a substantially reduced staff.

Orders that include items that are out of stock, or items that need to be fabricated may require additional time to complete and fulfill.

Please note that you CAN place orders for items that are out of stock, and we will ship these items as soon as we are able, and in the order that they are received, however please know that for those items that are out of stock, additional time may be required. Contact us for more information specific to your order. We're happy to assist.

If your order contains both items in stock and out of stock, we may split the shipment and/or contact you to determine the best course of action.

U.S. Post Office Memo:

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID)

Effective April 17, 2020:

The Postal Service’s flagship 

Priority Mail Express

service, which guarantees overnight service, will not change.

Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end to end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance. With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide.
