On November 13th, NewRuleFX experienced a significant fire at our Van Nuys facility.
Everyone is safe, but the shop sustained substantial damage and we are working to assess the loss and next steps.
The entirety of our workshop area, fabrication spaces and inventory have been destroyed. All other spaces have been damaged by smoke or water.
Most orders and inventory remain unavailable. However, in the next several days a limited selection of items will become ready to purchase and will appear back online. The fulfillment process may be lengthy as we ramp back up.
Previous orders that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded.
Importantly THANK YOU to everyone in our community that has reached out, shared our story and helped with our recovery efforts. It really means the world to us. Sharing the GoFundMe page has given us immediate access to additional funds that are being used to return to normal as fast as possible. Thank you for contributing, and sharing with your networks.
We have identified a new space and are working to get get access to begin the rebuilding process.
