Custom Project: Knott's Giant-Berries
Knott’s Berry Farm, renowned for its thrilling rides and rich agricultural history, hosts an annual Boysenberry Festival celebrating its early boysenberry farming roots.
In 2014, Park Decor Lead Jeff Shadic commissioned NewRuleFX to create larger-than-life boysenberry displays for the event. These giant berries, meticulously sculpted, molded, cast and vibrantly painted, capture the essence of the festival's theme.
Oversized berry crates, stenciled with the official boysenberry logo, and giant leaves made from plastic and foam completed the festive look, adding a touch of authenticity to the decorations.
Each year, these colossal berries return to honor Knott’s heritage, delighting guests in true theme park style, making the festival a memorable experience for all attendees.
