Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Expendable props such as all breakaway items, Actor Cigarette System Kits, or Actor Cigarette Refill Cartridges, customized and one-off props built according to your specification are not available for refund or return. We also do not accept returns on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This can be provided by our staff.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not a rental company and do not accept refunds of items that were used in production then sent back as a return.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund amount may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15-30%.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Admin@newrule.com.
Items Damage in transit.
If you have selected "Order Protection" insurance at checkout your shipment was sent with shipping insurance. Refunds or exchanges may be available for items lost or damaged in shipping. Contact us at admin@newrule.com for more information. For damaged items, retain all packaging and products and contact us. We may need the parts for return or inspection by the shipping company. You can use the link provided in your order or on our site to contact OrderProtection.com to begin the claim. If you did not select shipping insurance your order may not be covered under insurance claims. Contact us at admin@newrule.com and we'll see what we can do for you.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@newrule.com and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The you will directed to send your item to: 19146 Business Center Drive, Northridge, CA 91324.
Items received without a proper RMA number will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 19146 Business Center Drive, Northridge, CA 91324. Please note that an RMA number must be issued to you and must be visibly marked on the package prior to the return in order for the return to be accepted into our system.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
